International orders are subject to customs duties imposed by the importing country.

All orders to US PO, APO, and FPO boxes ship via Priority Mail.
Orders can be shipped “General Delivery” to any US Post Office and be picked up at the post office with proof of identification.
Orders shipped outside the United States are sent via Express Mail International (3-5 business days), Priority Mail International (6-10 business days), or Air Mail (for total box weights under 4 lbs). UPS is also available to some countries. There are always variabilities due to customs procedures at the receiving end and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Charges for individual tents range from $39-$90 depending on weight and service level are calculated at checkout and are estimates. Shipping small items is via regular air mail and costs are much lower.
Tarptent does NOT collect any value added tax (VAT) or other duties and payments for those fees are due at delivery in the destination country. Please refer to the duty estimator link above.
UPS 2nd Day Air service is available within the United States only. Packages arrive 2 business days after shipping. No UPS Shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
UPS Ground service is available within the lower 48 states. Listed transit days are business days. Packages shipped to the East Coast typically arrive 1 week after shipping. No UPS Shipping on Saturday or Sunday.
